These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and FoodZen ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website (foodzen.com), mobile interfaces, and e-commerce shopping services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

• Product Descriptions: We take extreme care to display accurate descriptions, ingredients, net weights, nutritional information, and photographs of our pure organic products, honey, cold-pressed oils, ghee, and dry fruits. However, because natural and raw agricultural items vary by seasonal harvest and climate, subtle differences in color, aroma, and texture are natural indicators of unadulterated food. • Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or update prices to reflect seasonal harvest conditions. • Stock Availability: Items in your cart are not reserved until your order is confirmed. In the event an item becomes temporarily out of stock before dispatch, our customer care team will notify you promptly to offer a replacement, partial dispatch, or cancellation.

• Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive an immediate on-screen reference number and an automated SMS confirmation. • Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligation: When placing a Cash on Delivery order, you agree and undertake to receive the parcel at the designated delivery address and pay the exact invoice amount to the Steadfast delivery courier upon parcel arrival. • Fraudulent & Fake Orders: Placing malicious or bogus orders with fake names or false phone numbers violates consumer law and causes substantial logistic loss. We log IP addresses and reserve the right to reject, flag, or restrict service to accounts with high delivery cancellation histories.

• By Customer: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse. To request a cancellation or change of delivery address, call our customer care hotline or message our WhatsApp team with your order reference number. • By FoodZen: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if the delivery address is outside serviceable logistics routes, contact details are unreachable during verification, or there are suspected fraudulent activities.

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are 24–48 hours within Dhaka City and 48–72 hours for all districts and upazilas outside Dhaka. Delivery delays caused by inclement weather, political strikes, or public holidays are beyond our direct control, though we coordinate closely with Steadfast Courier to expedite delivery. • Mandatory Parcel Inspection: Customers are required to inspect the exterior condition and bottle integrity in front of the courier rider before accepting the delivery. In the rare event of transit damage or leakage, you may decline acceptance on the spot or contact our support within 24 hours.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, brand name "FoodZen", our logos, product photography, graphic designs, written articles, and layout software are our proprietary property and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, or distribute any part of our digital assets without our express prior written permission.

In no event will FoodZen, our directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or consumption of products, beyond the total amount paid by you for the specific product purchase in question.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Consumers' Rights Protection Act, 2009. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
