1. Nationwide Delivery Coverage
FoodZen delivers to every district, upazila, and union across Bangladesh. Through our primary logistics partnership with Steadfast Courier, our coverage spans all 64 districts with full Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Hours
• Order Confirmation: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Saturday through Thursday) are typically verified and dispatched on the very same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Fridays, or on national public holidays are carefully packed and dispatched on the immediate following business day.
• Notification: You will receive an SMS confirmation containing your order reference and Steadfast courier tracking code as soon as your parcel is handed over to logistics.
3. Food-Grade Secure Packaging
Because we ship pure edible oils, raw Sundarbans honey in glass jars, and ghee, our packaging adheres to strict transit protection protocols:
• Leak-Proof Induction Sealing: All liquid bottles feature airtight secondary seals to prevent leakage during changes in transit air pressure.
• Multi-Layer Bubble Cushioning: Glass and delicate containers are wrapped in thick protective shock-absorbent bubble wrap.
• Heavy-Duty Outer Cartons: Parcels are packed in crush-resistant corrugated boxes marked with 'Fragile / Handle with Care' labels.
4. Parcel Inspection Policy at Delivery
We empower every customer to inspect their parcel before the delivery rider departs:
1. Request the rider to allow you to inspect the exterior condition of the package.
2. Confirm the tamper-evident tape is unbroken and no liquids have leaked.
3. If you observe severe damage or breakage, refuse the parcel on the spot or accept and notify our WhatsApp support team within 24 hours.
5. Real-Time Tracking & Re-Attempts
• Tracking: You can check live tracking anytime on our website at /order-tracking by entering your phone number or tracking code.
• Courier Contact: The Steadfast delivery rider will phone you prior to arriving at your delivery address. Please keep your phone reachable.
• Re-Attempts: If you are unavailable on the first delivery attempt, the courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts over the next 48 hours.
